  All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority depending on your location.

Orders of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.  If an item is out-of-stock you will be notified via email within 1 business day.

Orders for custom & personalized items will be shipped as noted in the product description.  Please note these items will ship separately from the rest of your order.

When placing an order using our shopping cart, your shipping address must match the billing address of you credit card.  If you would like to ship a gift directly to someone, please email this address separately immediately after placing your order to sarah@heydaisy.com. You may also want to include a short note to be sent as an enclosure with your gift.  Other notes can be added to the "Special Instructions" part of the online order form.  One shipping address per order.

5% sales tax will be applied to all orders in Wisconsin.

Occasionally, merchandise may be on back-order. You will be notified within 1 business day if any items are out of stock, and will have the option to cancel this item from your order, or keep it on back-order and ship it when it comes in.  All back-orders ship freight free!

Special order and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. 

For full refunds, items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.  To obtain a hey,daisy! merchandise credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.  Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.  Detailed return instructions will be enclosed with your package.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
